Rob Rawcliffe
Service Manager
Rob is the son of owner Jeff Rawcliffe and has been following in his fathers shoes at Rawcliffe’s Service Center, Inc since July 1997. When he is not working he enjoys snowsleding, dirtbikes, and skiing. Rob also plays lots of golf, and loves mountain biking. He is an enthusiastic, outgoing member or our service team.
Ralph Davis
Service Manager
/Shop Foreman
Ralph has been with Rawcliffe’s since January 2003. He began his career as a technician and is now the Shop Foreman and Service Consultant. A third-generation technician, Ralph started working on vehicles right out of high school at a Nissan dealership. After moving to Maine with his wife, Jen, he joined Rawcliffe’s and was introduced to the foreign car market. Ralph stays current with automotive technology through local clinics and enjoys bow hunting, four-wheeling, camping, and fishing in his free time.
Mike Baker
Operations Manager
Mike Baker has been with Rawcliffe’s since October 1991. Mike started in 1983 at his father’s parts store while attending high school. Mike went on to work part-time for Rawcliffe’s when he was in college. He earned his college degree in History. After college, Mike went to work full-time as the Parts Manager. He also assists with the financial end of the business. He enjoys any kind of automobile racing, football, and loves spending time with his wife, Lori, and their four daughters whenever he can!
David Dickey
Parts Manager
David has worked at Rawcliffe’s since December 1998. He started at the Mobil Station while attending high school. Dave went to Husson University where he got a degree in Physical Education. When Dave finished school, he decided to stay with Rawcliffe’s because he enjoyed working with and around vehicles. As years went on Dave started working out at the front counter as a service advisor. Now he works in parts. He enjoys golfing and fishing, and is also a huge fan of the Red Sox.
